Finished the WC van last week.Latest projects...

The 85 Ford converterted conversion van went home last saturday.

The new project is a 68 Mustang convertable The 'stang has been 'Sliced and diced'. Anything that contained 'rust' has been hacked out , There has been ALL of my free time for a week invested in the restoration of the parts that the new parts will be welded to. I shot some paint on parts that 'Henry' didn't bother protecting. Anybody that is interested can hit my photobucket link in my sig. REFRESH, since I broke a lot of links adding pics.

'68 mustang project' should show up on the left...
There will be a new link soon.

The car that 'emerged' from the grass in the 'redneck proof' link is about to go through some changes!

The semi-late stock car showed up at the shop tonight and the 36 Pontiac is about to be installed on the running gear!

Imagine that!! This car has been 'given away' 7 times over the last 25 years and NO ONE has bothered to BUILD it!

Enter SUBI-CROSSER!! Now there is a WORKING stock car chassis DELIVERED to the site!

I think that this poor car's 'HISTORY' is about to take a hard turn to the POSITIVE!!

The 'goal' is to make a drag car, BUT all I had in inventory was a dirt tracker.

We will play with it next year as a 'dirt' car, but not lose site of the GOAL!

New quarter panels and wheel wells installed on the stang. A gallon of bondo replaced by a 1/2" bead of caulk. 90% of the welding finished.

Car should be ready for final paint in 2 weeks.
