I think most of the cops in MA would do that though  I actually got a cop unstuck once. He was stuck in front of my building for over 20 minutes at 6 in the morning. I was trying to sleep and it was just outside my window. all I could here was him trying to spin the wheels as fast as possible... I came outside, looked at the situation and said "Seriously, no offense, but would you let me do it?" He embarressingly said yes, and I had it out in about 30 seconds And then I went back to sleep, elsewise I would of let him spin until his tow truck came and pulled him out.
