WRX wheels and hubs

Ok I know the WRX has the 5 x100 wheels and SVX has 5 by 114.3 wheels but can you adapt the current Subaru Imprex hubs to the SVX what all is different?

Wrx Wheels

are a direct bolt on if new enough. Check the search function to see if you can find the appropriate thread.

Only the 2005-2006 WRX STi has the same bolt pattern and offset as the SVX. No other Subaru cars have the same.

I know this is a HUGE stretch, but has anyone compared the front hub carriers to see if they will interchange allowing us to use OEM or aftermarket STi Brakes? I know that the strut mount, ball joint mount, tie rod mount or bearing mount are probably different, but I figure it is worth a shot.

The USDM WRX STi shares the same rear wheel bearing as the SVX. Not the front though.

Doug, the PN for the hub carriers on the STi are different than the SVX.

Do you know if the splines on the front axles are different?

I wish I could get my hands on one to see just what it would take to port the parts over to the SVX.

The fact that the parts carry different numbers is almost worthless. The coolant temp sensor is the same on the SVX and second-gen Legacy - yet they use different part numbers and have different prices.

The only way to be sure is to physically compare the two parts. I would be very surprised if they were interchangeable.
