NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME ON THIS ISSUE. Oddly enough the person I started this project with was names Clint. I dont know who this other person is. I am glad they are doing whats nesessary to make the radiators right.

For the record, 2 days after I got the test fit radiator in, I took pictures and emailed Clint. I had NO such problems with fam mounts. My radiator dropped right in. The ONLY problem I had was cap to hood clearance issues. I emailed this issue to Clint as well. I was informed that they would grind off a few CMs from the bottom of the filler neck before they would be welded on the tank. To me, this sounded like an overall fix. Since I had the prototype and mine is being cnverted into a race car, I had no problems using a hammer to negotiate a little more clearnace out of the bottom secondary skin support of the hood.

In contrast, if this new cap becomes avalible, I would like to be included in the count as well.

I dont understand how come no one told me that a PWR employee was trying to get validated, and why no one from PWR called me. They have my phone number, snail mail address, AND email address. Seems odd

Um....Dude...no one has heard from you in like 2 months. I have been in contact with PWR about the new caps and they are being fabbed as we speak. Once the caps are out of the production, they will be shipped to all members holding radiators. You might want to call Josh and tell him to send you one too as you are probobly not on the same list as us.

I guess I should add in since I have now installed and driven with the new radiator.
Working great!
Engine temp looks good. I cut one ear off an old radiator cap and have no problems with leaking or hitting the hood.

I have checked and rechecked my private messaging and my email and again, no one contacted me. I dont even get reply emails from Clint at PWR. I still dont know who Josh is, and I am confused how I would be on a different list when I am the one that emailed the list (excel speadsheet with contact information on it) to PWR. Was there two different builds going on?

There are more than 1 list. This was done during the time I was involved in communicating with Clint.

When the time came near, Clint didn't have a list. Months had passed, and he may have misplaced it, or filed it away to eternity.. or the cat got it... whatever.

The last list I sent to Clint was at the end of Feb, and attached below. It was formulated by going through the thread, and by order of appearance, writing down the names of all that showed firm interest. Your name is right on the top.

I did this because WGJ said he had been confirmed on the final list, but his name wasn't there. There was no contact info sent to him on that list, because we didn't have it. After making up the spreadsheet, I called Clint, and told him of the concerns that some members (WGJ) had on being left out without a radiator after early interest. He volunteered that he actually had 40 radiators coming in, and he would let all 40 go at the $450, and that should solve the problem.

Unfortunately, using a list to call everyone became null and void. We had no real contact information. So Clint said that he could not call, and for everyone to call in with a credit card. It wasn't mentioned in the conversation, but naturally assumed that no real contact info means first call, first served. I did try to keep up with the list when people said they called in. It turned out OK, for all the initial people on your last confirmed list got them if they wanted them, and WGJ got his. All 40 of course, were sold. That part turned out OK. All were happy.

The list is attached, but will have to be changed back over from DOC to XLS to read it through excel. You were at the top of the list, but he still won't have your contact info.
