Talking I know why our trannys go bad!!!

I tore down my old tranny that just went up to see if there was any signs of extreme wear. The only thing that I could find is that the nuclear reactor core has depleted the uranium fuel. I am currently talking with the Department of Energy to obtain more. Here is a picture of the spent core.

Holy cow! Now that is a cool pic. How heavy is that thing? Which part of the trans is it from? Kinda looks like the complete transfer clutch system at the back of the trans used to make our cars awd.

i have seen lots of auto trannies inside, especially Honda and Mercedes... none are same as the SVX !

It's obvious from the photo, that the flux capacitor is mounted backwards.

Looks OK to me Steve, stick it back in.

Thats the whole box and dice, all the trouble bits.
Running down from the top; the drum that the brake band locks, with the reverse clutch inside. behind that, the high clutch.

The long ribbed section contains the front planetary gear set, the rear planetary set, forward clutch, the 3/4 one way clutch, and the over run clutch.

The only bits not there are, the low/reverse clutch, the 1/2 one way clutch, and the transfer clutch bits, that go on behind that lot.

Looks nice don't it?

Yes Bill he can remove it and save 35lbs. The only problem is that the car will not go anywere.
