US F1 GP in jeopardy?? (Not OT)

After all the dreadfull happenings this week, we are all trying to get on with life. But we know that when retaliation for this terrible deed takes place, we could be in turmoil once again. Not only will it involve the American forces but those of the British and other European Nations.
The Monza F1 Grand Prix goes on tomorrow (I think reluctantly as far as some drivers and owners are concerned) and in two weeks time the F1 circus (predominently European) is due to descend on Indianapolis.
Already several key people think it inappropriate to hold the race but so far the plans are to go ahead.
If some kind of strike comes before then IMHO the race will be cancelled. Although I've been looking forward to the event for the past year, I must admit that right now that my enthusiasm is kind of low.
The point of all this is that if there is a cancellation, I will save my last precious vacation day and maybe think again about travelling down to WV for the October meet providing I can convince Irene that it's a good idea.
Let's see how events turn out over the next couple of weeks.
