Old 'iron' that I saw TODAY!!

Saw, TODAY, a lot of Iron that can be 'had' for a fee!
Saw a 1939 Pontiac street rod, unfinished, but Caddy powered.
saw a 1951 Plymouth sedan delivery, unfinished, original driveline
saw a 1975 Roadrunner, white, small block w headers,running car.Washed it!
saw a 1940 Chevy 2 door, original driveline, running, unfinished
saw a 51 Plymouth, pontiac V-8 and gm subframe, running unfinished
saw a 72 Camaro,Z28, running, unfinished
Saw a 48 Chevy PU with a 289,ford driveline,Amature restoration, running
saw a 23 T-bucket, Chevy powerted, running and shiney
saw a 69 Chevelle convertable, dis-assembled, but a project that is worthy
saw a 70 Chevelle 2 door, partially dis-assembled but solid
saw a bunch of other stuff too!
Pick your 'item' and I will get details and pics.
My head was swimming, I don't know it the Chevelles were the years I said, but
there is one of each year, one has a roof and the other has a rag top.
69-70, does it really matter which was witch?
They are stashed in an old building 6 miles from my house and I SAW them!
GUIDED TOURS available!!

Looks like the Roadrunner took a dump in '75, 69 is the sweet spot for me.

Yea, the 75 was kinda a downer. It was a Fury without the chrome. It was also the last 'Runner' that would 'accept' a big block without using a torch.
In 76, it was a glorified Aspen. Tape on stripes and some fiberglass window covers. It was DEAD!!
I rode in and drove the 69 Hemi Roadrunner. I feel your pain!

BUT!!!! It is what we were left with then! I FOUND the 'last' full sized RR! I have 'OFFERED' the LAST fullsized RR to the masses.
My work here is done.....
I have no regrets!

Re: Old 'iron' that I saw TODAY!!

My dad had a 69 Road runner, and a 70 Unfortunately he was a piss poor driver back then. Wrecked them both.

Well but I would definitely prefer the old mercs over the muscles since they are easier to maintain and restore.

This is my perfect keeper aside the SVX

OMG! A beauty that brings me bad memories. I had a 1970 ´Cuda (was Hemi but someone swapped it for a 6 cyl Renault Torino engine, also a Hemi but...) later i sold the car to a friend who chopped the roof and installed the car in the living room!
PS: He is not my friend anymore!
