I'll agree, you don't have the same type of control as you do with a mouse.

But, it can be pretty much completely compensated for just by turning up the sensitivity.

None of my friends will play Cod4 with my settings because its almost maxed out

The only thing I have trouble with (and only sometimes) is small adjustments (sniping). But I can still do it easily, I guess all those racing games helped me there!
