Water pump replacement

Hi SVXers,
I thought it was my thermostat gasket, it is most definately not. Every hose and gasket has been changed, the only piece untouched is the water pump. I was wondering how hard it is to change and where the best place to buy one might be located? Also if anyone has any tips on what else I should do while my engine front is torn apart. Thanks guys!

Here is a shot with no water pump. .

There is a 10mm bolt that is a pain to get out and in if you do not remove the plastic cover. I did not remove the cover due to the fact that it required the removal of the driver side cam sprocket.
10mm swivel socket worked great, the one is the socket and swivel in one.

Also it is a good idea to change your beer fluid too, a case usually works for me.
