Be glad we don't live in London, England. Things are getting really crazy there!
Last month a garage in Notting Hill measuring 19ft x 16ft sold for £240,000 (about $425,000 USD).

Garage with a house on the side
Parking restrictions are driving the price of garages to new heights, reports Joseph Dunn

wow, now that i didn't know!!! $425k

i do know that for $30-$40k it's an outdoor spot that measures than the smaller parking spaces at the shopping centers in the united states. i wonder how much a garage of that size would cost. typically people who can afford cars and what not have more than one car. my friend for instances has 4 parking spaces and 4 cars. i would never spend $425k on a parking space.
