I think under the driver's seat is a power window circuit breaker that has a role in all three issues: windows. sunroof, and seats. Check the wiring there.

I removed mine, only to find that there's a cut out in the carpet. There won't be much room tho'

There's a flap in the carpet that provides access to the Circuit Breaker. You might not need to pull the seat. good luck

Found that my seat is in a forward position when it stopped working and I'm gonna have some fun trying to get to the relay. I'm really only a mild to novice do-it-yourselfer with car repairs. Can I at least manually close the sunroof for the time being? I don't like rain in my car :-) Is there a way to move the power driver's seat without power too?

Thanks guys

troubleshooting my window as well. its had problems in the past, but yesterday i found out what that questionable 'nub' was. the end of the cable popped out of its holding place and is unspooled.
i need to rip off the interior frame its on to repair it.
or... would it cost much for the dealer to fix? granted ill prolly get a brand new motor...
