Smile New England Summer Nationals

I am a local to Worcester Mass and was wondering if we could get a local meeting of svx guys together at the new egland summer nationals july 4th weekend! I think it would be great to have a bunch of svx's joined together among all the other classic cars. Starts this coming thursday and trough Sun!

Well, the summer nationals is in it's 13th year. It is a huge car show that takes place over 4days time. The cars in the show park up at Green Hill Park during the day, and downtown at night. They have controled burnouts and flame shows thoughtout the day. If you have never been, it is a great time. Just thought we could get a group of svx's together for anyone of the days. YOu have to buy a pass to enter the show for day by day or the whole weekend. Check out http://www.summernationals.com/

How much is this car show? I tried to find out but registration is over already. I may drive down tomorrow just to check it out and watch the fireworks. Do any of you know how much the on site registration is?

I hopefully can find out price today, I think around 30 bucks, but comes with 2 wristbands, (one for u and one for guest) and a pass for your car that will let you bring it anywhere

Hey Gren 1, have you had your SVX there before? I was up there the past two years but only saw 1 beat pearly SVX driving around.
In 2001 I was parked up by the wall above the burn out pit with my Pearly. I don't know if you where there that year but everyone got really wet.

Anyway It dosn't look to good for me getting there this year but in case I do manage, where are you likely to be hanging out?

No I haven't had my svx up there before, but I plan on having it up there for most of the weekend. I was down there last night and registered for a 4 days. I should be downtown tonight, and up at green hill tomorrow. I will most likey be the only svx around. Should have seen all the attention I got last night!

Too much to do this weekend, damn it, maybe next year.
