Is anyone currently having trouble accessing the SVXipedia on http://svx-iw.com ?

I've had one person report an issue and I'm trying to track this.

The server has a dynamic IP address but seldom updates. When it does your computer may cache the old address. For Windows XP you can clear this cache by running the command "ipconfig /flushdns". If that doesn't help you will need to wait for your DNS server(s) to update.
