How do I find this info?

Some a**hole did'nt want to wait behind a bus and cut me off, and when I blow my horn at him and go around him he decides to play games and keep trying to do it. He drove down the center lane and kept trying to cut me off. I was less than a inch from getting hit 3 times and the police was no help since he didnt hit me. All I got is his licence plate #, Is there any way I can find his info?
