I wouldn't want to see this in my rear-view!

I think this cruiser might be a little hard to out-run. Still pretty sweet looking, though.

Holy cow...

That cop car is sweeeet!!!

How cool would it be to drive that thing up and down all day catching Ferraris, Porsches, Maseratis and Lambos - and get paid for doing it!

Okay, I need dual citzenship and a change of career into law enforcement!

I'm glad its in Italy and not in Maine. Around here, even most econobox's can beat the cop cars. Those crown vics take 9-10 seconds to hit 60 usually.

Yeah those cop cars are slow! Ford offers an interceptor package which adds a DOHC Cobra motor (320hp), but even those modded Crown Vic's still can't run under 7s to 60mph.

One car which State Troopers use to patrol the interstates of VA with are the Chevy Camaro Z28's. 5.5s to 60mph, and 1/4 mile of approx 13.8 @ 102mph. I saw one pull over a mustang GT the other day - the cop must have been doing 100+mph when he wizzed by me to chase down the guy. The pick-up on those pushrod V-8's is amazing!!!

Don't be so sure, Wiz. The Staties here still have 16 Z28s, and the Cumberland county mounties have a Porsche 928.

You know, now that you mention it, I don't remember seeing or hearing about it in quite a few years now, nor could I find any pictures on the net. So I did what any logical person would do, I emailed the Chief Deputy of Cumberland. I'll let you know what he says, so long as he doesn't send his troops to take me to AMHI.

You should see what IL State Troopers have. I've seen a ton of different things including but not limited to z28, mustang cobras etc.

They also have a bunch of unassuming unmarked cars. Grand Prix's, Impala's, etc.

I've seen taurus, hondas, toyotas and such too. If they can get it from a raid and if they can use it, they would I think. Put it this way, you'd never expect a honda to pull you over.

LOL, I've never seen them. Where I live the police force consists of a Crown Vic and a Ford SUV that can be very annoying. Since I live in a small town the cops know me because I have the only SVX on the island. I've been pulled over for 9 over in the svx by these guys. Then even pulled my mom over for 6 over many years ago.
