Anyone willing to check out a car in Lakewood, CO (near Denver) for me?

If you can help me out, I'd appreciate it. It's not an SVX, but it is its ancestor.

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...r=&cardist=810

At a place called the used car outlet
Used Car Outlet, 6212 W Colfax Ave Lakewood CO 80214 (303) 237-6555

Please send me a PM to let me know. Thanks!

From the picture, I would say it needs at least one air strut.

Not necessarily, I've noticed that if my XT6 sits for a long period of time, say a week or two, the front struts completely drain and look blown, but really aren't. Another possiblity could be the pump controller motor, or whatever it's called. When that went on mine, the left rear strut never inflated. But, given the age and the history of the air struts, I would agree with Mike. You should be prepared to replace at least one, and they run about $350 plus about $100 labor from a dealer.

Personally, though, I like it, it looks just like mine!

i must remind you not to go there!

as for the xt6, i'd be willing to take a look at it, but i'm not very mechanically inclined. wouldn't have the first thought what to look at.

Interesting 'extra' car, Steve. Have you seen mine?

My Turbo Wagon

I'm still 'prepping' mine, but it's getting there. Needs some tranny work. I hope the XT6 works out for you.

Thanks

Thanks for everyone's response. If it looks like I need you to check it out, I'll drop you a PM. Still debating this one over a different one...The price is decent, but a little more than I'd like to spend, so I gotta think it over.
