How? I've used Winamp2 before and its kinda bloatware. Not as much as WMP, but still. Go DL it, its free. You can use it for nothing, and if you don't like it, you can delete it.

i used in on a mac. i like how the winamp2 uses very little resources. version 3 is bloatware. winamp2 has nice effects too that u can down and also program and make your own skins for.

I used iTunes for a few days. Its a player... big deal.

Once they write a plugin for my home automation's voice command, then it will be useful. Until then its just yet another drop in a sea of music players.

I like winamp because the playlist can be minimzied and moved out of the way really easily, yet it can stay on top of other applications for easy access. It's ideal for internet radio. I don't think I'd want to use anything else.

I will admit that the itunes visualizer is pretty neet. To find other advantages in the program I'd have to play around with it a bit more.
