This is my, 'Hello everybody' post. I'm new to the boards but I've been really into the SVX since I test drove one in 1998... been hooked ever since.

Now, I'm joining your ranks as an owner (probably). There's a 92 Silver/Black LS-L Touring for sale about 1,000km from where I live with about 145,000km on it, though it's in miles (about 90,000) as it was imported to Canada from the US in a used car auction.

I know most of the basics about what to look for in this car for potential problems (bearings, brakes, 4EAT) since I've been doing my homework and reading the boards for years now, but if any of you have any more advice, I'd be glad to hear it.

I'm heading out Sunday to pick my car up on Monday, so time is of the essence, as they say.
