Goodbye Mr. Peck & Mr. Brinkley

I know, this sentiment has nothing to do with cars, but I was greatly saddened that two of our most enduring icons have left us today.
When I was a young snot, David Brinkley "made" me listen to the news & instilled a value in me to keep up with world events. Gregory Peck was the understated hero who just seemed to take on "evil" & eliminate it without so much as one karate chop to anyone's head.
If any of you younger members have never seen "To Kill a Mockingbird", please do.

Farewell gentlemen. I, for one, will miss you & all that you contributed to our lifespans.
