Wink I'm so proud of me.

Finally! A nice weather day.

I actually was able to put the new slotted rotors and brakes on Kermit. I even painted the calipers polo green. And it only took, like, all day. (It's okay to smile Beav, but try not to laugh out loud.)

I have a real, live mod! And brake shimmy done gone bye, bye.

It's been quite a while since I've actually worked on my own wheels. It was kinda fun. (Beav!? Don't you do it. )

I can relate to what you just did. I replaced the CV joint boots on the left axle, and then put rebuilt / powder coated calipers on after replacing the front rotors. It felt great when I got done, and it really adds to the car. I am proud of you too!!! I bet Kermit looks great with the new mod! What kind of paint did you use on the calipers?

Steve,

You need another SVX. I should be a Pearly and you could call her 'Miss Piggy'.

Earl,

I just used heat resistant engine paint on the calipers. I didn't want them to be too flashy. (It's not easy being green. )

Larry,

I laughed so hard I almost broke something! Actually, there's a claret (and sexy) '92 here that a friend would like to sell, and that I'd kinda like to have, but I think it's out of the question for now. It would make a ravishing Miss Piggy though.

Today, I pulled all the weather-worn wiper arms off and sprayed them with Dupli-color truck bed liner. Looks pretty good, if I do say so.

We will sell no swine, before it's time.

A curly tail instead of a spoiler?

NOW I know where I have seen the nose on that new Subaru concept before!
