got a question about tranny coolers?

my mechanic said he could not install the 24000 GVW B&M tranny supercooler because it was too thick and would not fit? i am going to have to buy a slimmer cooler so he can install it? has anyone else installed this cooler and if so do they have pics or can they tell me how and where? all help will be greatly appreciated!

B&M tranny cooler rated at 19,000 GVW. GC springs and Koni strut inserts installed and the car is lowered two inches all the way around!!

I'm almost positive someone said the biggest B&M cooler will fit between the radiator and the AC condenser. Personally I went with the 70255 because I have it in series with a Perma-cool unit. I have some pics in my locker.

John & I both have the B&M 24000 GVW. His is installed between the fans and the engine. Zip tied to the fan supports to allow the fans to cool it.

Mine is still sitting in the box, but I will install it in the same place. I have seen John's in person and everything fits well together.

oh well.....

he didnt feel comfortable trying to make it fit or having to take apart a lot of stuff to make it fit. so i took it back and bought the one rated at 19000 gvw's. that still should be plenty of cooling power. all he needed was a quarter of an inch and this model is three quarters of an inch shallower. thanks for the help though guys.
