Re: SVX LED Taillights

You have 3/8 in. up top, 1/4 in. down bottom. You'll have to also consider that when you put the diffusers back in, it will eat up that space some more.

Thanks bro. The lower space might cause some issues...

I'm interested, but need to see more before I can commit.

I'm still for sequential turns just cause I think their cool. as far as all the extra stuff I'm not sure I like all the extra rounding n stuff IMO the square ones fit the shape of the car and tail lights better

Ok, for clearance purposes and updated looks, this is what I would do:

Re: SVX LED Taillights

Did anyone tried LIGHTSABRE tail lights in the SVX? I am tinking to do it in my SVX or in my Accord, but not sure yet because of the high price of the components.

Re: SVX LED Taillights

Alright everyone, just wondering if you can help me out. I have a feeling the LED turn signals will hyperblink when I turn them on. I've been reading, and it looks like the SVX turn signal relay cannot be simply replaced for a replacement LED flasher found at NAPA or any place like this.

Can someone confirm this?

I want to modify the turn signal relay before I have to use load resistors on the turn signals.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but my car has led blinkers in the front (maybe the back too, never checked) and they hyperblink. Hope that answers your question.

Re: SVX LED Taillights

What I'm saying is that I don't want the hyperblinking turn signals, so there I use other ways to prevent hyperblinking.

I never looked into it. If you have ideas I can try them out for you though. If it fixes mine, it would probably work for yours as well.

If you use leds in the tail and incandescent in the frontals, they will blink almost normally.

Oh okay, I'll see what happens when I test them in a week on Gaddis's car.
