Group N Motor mounts

I've seen many mentions of modifying WRX motor mounts.

I nabbed a set of Group N motor mounts from my dealer today and was hunting around for a how to on the subject.

I found a thread from 2005, but that was talking about welding, and other things I've seen from more recently talk only about grinding and adding washers.

I've also seen the pictures in Tom's locker, but to be honest at not totally sure what I'm looking at

Am I just blind and not able to find the thread? (if so, sorry)

I'm preparing to pull my first motor next week and do a reseal so I'm sure there will me more questions coming.

Hey, Would you have a picture of the mounts you got? Where would I find the link to Tom's locker? I'm looking to replace my motor mounts to. Thanks Bill.
