They should be proud, and they should also be figuring out a way to fix the color scheme. If it wasn't all prismatic and dirty rainbows it would look fantastic.

Good or bad, someone put a TON of time and money into this project. Far more than anyone here ever has, for better or worse.

I don't recall seeing the interior before, but notice the entire dashboard, including the top is redone in escaine or similar material. The new treatment of the woodgrain pieces seems to be top notch as well, at least form the picture fit and finish appears to be better than any of the dash kits we have access too. Maybe the actual pieces were professionally airbrushed?

The whole package is not really my thing, but it is obvious just looking there is more than $50K US there. Seems like a bad move to sell.
Yea you beat me to it, new pics. Car still looks like crap. I haven't changed my mind, but the only thing that I thought was cool was the 2006-2007 impreza grille. It's neat but I would NEVAR DO IT. I could think of a million better ways to spend 50,000 on an SVX.
It's exotic rice.

Re: SVX for 50.000$

Eh, the car isn't personally my taste, but it was the taste of whoever did it, and the fact that they did it well and did not cheap out in places, is certainly commendable. The body molding is seemless from what i can tell. He persued his dream which I must give him credit for.

Re: SVX for 50.000$

So what's up with those deep dish wheels? I know a couple people have been looking to put something with even half as much dish on their SVX and had no luck finding anything. Has he totally changed something on the chassis to make those work, or is it just because of the flared fenders that those fit? On a nice SVX those might look pretty incredible.

Re: SVX for 50.000$

I think it's kind of cool... I hate the "show car scene" but that's what it takes to win those things!

(the deep dishes and moldings are truly exquisite)
