There should be a fuse for the fuel pump. If not you can unplug it at the pump.

The best way is this:
Either remove the fuel pump fuse or unplug the fuel pump at the pump.
Crank the car a few seconds. The car may start, but it'll die almost instantly.
The fuel lines will be depressurized at this point.

Doing it that way should minimize fuel leakage.

Well some good news for everyone. I spent $20 and got all new hoses and clamps. Got them put in, so its as good as new!

Now onto the other issues in the main post

If you have oil all over the engine crossmember, you need to replace the valve cover gaskets (those pictures are indicative of that). If you have spots around the back of the engine area, the rear main is leaking. If you have oil at the bottom of the middle timing cover, the front main gasket is shot as well.

My guess is that you need valve cover gaskets and a rear main gasket replaced.
