Were buying a house too
Were hoping to get into our first home sometime this year or early next for sure. My wife is hooked on her SVX, and says she wouldnt even think of selling it. I never thought Id hear a woman say that, especially my wife.
Were looking to spend between $275k to $325k and have about $80k for a down payment.

took me 33 house and 3 letdowns on bids till i found my house...but it all worked out for the best...this is the best house out of the lot!

hey...i had to go through a lot of counsling after i lost my svx...
omg he is cute! good thing he looks like his mother ! Kelli  heck...i got married since i last saw ya! i threw a wedding together in 2 days...married 7.5 weeks after being engaged...we found out that his mother had pancreatic cancer ( no cure) so i threw it together with quickness. i'm just glad she was able to be there..sadly she died just under a month later

that sucks hun...
i just went to a wedding where the groom just lost his mother...they had a picture of her at the bridal table. sad i am glad she was able to go...my husband was back and forth whether to get married asap or wait like we wanted and i just brought it to him like this "my dad isn't going to be there because he doesn't want to be there. i don't want your mom not to come because she can't" he told me to make the arrangements the next day.
