I've got them available in my SVX Shop on CafePress....

I got mine Friday (as well as my XT Calendar) and they turned out GREAT!
You'll defintely be happy with the quality of the calendars....I've been making a XT calendar for 4 years now, but this is the first year I did one for the SVX.
