Harry:

Hope y'all work something out, but if not, your wit and insightful turns on a topic will definitely be missed.

Harry, I hope that you DO NOT have to leave.

I may be Bi-Postual, but I am definitely not from Holland.

I was wondering if the BMW drivers have hetero or homo, 2.2 times per week.
We are SVXers. We are AUTOSEXUAL.

I'm curious, who gave one person the right to ban someone?

I thought it was a concensous of mods before anyone can be banned.

So under this system as evidenced by Noir v Chris, I could piss off a mod or an admin and get banned forever. Hmm. If that is the case then I'm sure most everyone should be banned right now. I'm sure I should be banned now too.

Noir may be a pain in the ass sometimes, be he livens up the forums too...in a good way. I'd hate to see him go.

What evidence - Noir has not been banned.

No, that is not what would happen. It takes lots of abuse to be banned forever. I think this has been blown way out of proportion by Noir. I would hate to see him "go" too.

I assume this was a serious question, and so I'll give my version of an answer. To the best of my knowledge, Chris is the owner of the hardware and Internet domain name that makes this forum possible.

As a result, I presume he would have the right to ban me for this post - or just because he decided to hate the name "lee". I believe it would also be within his rights to "fire" all the mods and replace them daily if he saw fit. It's obvious he could just pull the plug - no notice - and then we're all "banned".

Admittedly, if he ran the forum like this, people would drift away and perhaps another site would spring up. If/when the day comes people pay dues to post on this site, then it's a horse of a different color.
