Right, that was my point. I said that Mike was referring to the transfer assembly as the center diff.

Significant Technical Input Registered SVX
Front. diff over full?

Could be the front diff is taking ATF from a transmission leak. Check the oil in the front diff, see if it is gear oil, or a mixture of ATF and gear oil.
