Useful Dealerships and Specialists
As discussed on a previous thread I have decided to start the ball rolling by giving the details of the workshop I used this week to service my car in the hope that it can be of use to others looking for a place to carry out work on their beloved SVX.
I used Protechnical in Nailsea which is just outside Bristol and I have to say I found them excellent. They did the work efficiently, kept me informed of all eventualities, their pricing was very reasonable and they had a good knowledge of SVX's. As I live two hours drive away they arranged for me to have a hire car for the four days my car was there at a cost of £20 per day. In fact the car they provided was a little cracker; a brand new Peugeot 206 SW with electric everything, aircon, alloy wheels, you name it. Protechnical have extensive workshop facilities, working on rare and imported cars and have 12 bays to carry out this work. They also sell cars and have a forecourt and showroom stocked with various interesting imports including today a Plymouth Prowler (yum yum). All in all I was very pleased with the work undertaken, the amount I was charged and how they dealt with me as a customer. If you want any more info just ask or go direct to them by clicking on the link: Protechnical
