Okay, these are for my S4...................................

Notice the hole for the IR in the handle. Quick question, do all SVXs have the ring around the keyhole that lights up?

Here's the key (the IR transmitter is circled).

So Zavikan, after input from me, then Sicksubie, then BoxerFanatic, then Earl, you are finally conceding there was no OEM glass sunroof for the SVX?

BTW dood, if you know the part number for that glass sunroof, please post it up. I don't believe it has ever been published on here, and it's good work your identifying it as a fitment.

Also you might label it as a "cross fitment" in your list as Boxer suggests, that's appropriate and plenty would be interested.

I would be interested, I've never seen a picture of a glass sunroof installed on an SVX, and the mention of a non-US application was the first that I remember on that. How 'bout a new [another?] thread on the glass sunroof, and completely sort it out this time around?

It is not a key light. It is as hairy states, an IR Transmitter. It is an option on the JDM models. It may look like a light, but it is not. Trust me, some of us know what we are talking about!

Technically speaking, everybody is right, as I/R is technically "light", as is every band of the EM spectrum. So your keylights just happen to unlock your doors, and my keylight keeps the monsters from getting me at night.

+1 for Keylights

cool - so did the Aussie cars get this - as my 95 has this key, but not my 92 and never tried it as the battery was flat and saw no need to use.....would be ideal to open the boot instead of fumbling around the keylock when arms are full.

Can't try this now as my SVX is at the mechanics getting some TLC

Re: unfinished oem rarities list. Help me out you svx crazy people.

IR security added w/ pic.

We have alot of the options now listed, but we are missing almost all of the related threads. If there is more then 1 thread that is valuable I can list 2...

I know there are some forum searchers who can post up some linkys.

(still more pics missing to of course)

Re: unfinished oem rarities list. Help me out you svx crazy people.

Honestly? yes I am.

Finding posts that go into depth on these subjects has not been forthcoming. Finding threads that mention them is simple.

Everyone here comes from a different knowledge base. I'm simply hoping some one who has already looked into it in the past can simply be like "oh yea, I remember talking about these in depth" and looking up their own screen name, or certain catch words that they remember. Beats me trying to go through pages and pages of junk only to find scant mentions.

Thats why it was easy for me to find info on the INFO lines I have filled. I've already studied them in depth.

rear fogs? not so much. Yet I remember some one posting an in depth view on installing them here. I remember a wiring issue, yet cant find the posts.
