The people on the back side of operations are the ones that have to get their hands dirty to keep this place clean. They are the Moderators, the Officers, and Administrative staff. A car without wheels is useless and visa versa.

I love my Moderation and Officer staff. The SVXWN would fall to pieces without these people. I want everyone to know and appreciate these people. I typically don't single out some one, but we ALL know there is one out there that goes above and beyond for this place and the SVX in general. He has a title here, and if it was an official one I would name him the "Fireman!" He is the first to call me when something needs attention that is beyond his control. He is the first to try to work out problems between members. He "shows" his SVX spirit in his collection, yes. I am talking about Earl (ensteele). I try not to take away from MANY others that have done so much. Research, development, new products, maintenance services. So understand that what I am doing now is not an award. Its a title with responsibility, one that he has devoted many hours to already and I am confident many more hours in the future. As we move forward with our goal of becoming an official Non-Profit car club status, I am removing the title of Administrator from Earl and changing it to something more appropriate of his commitment and duties here. Since the title of "Fireman & Mr. Public Relations" is not quite a perfect fit, please accept Earl as the SVX World Network's official Executive Director.

The title more suites what he does here. RSVX makes most of the format changes, Minx still manually validates all new accounts, with waldon and myself still running the server and services as the "back room admin staff." With my time being chewed up more and more with two jobs and a very important NHRA racing season in front of me (in an SVX), I am passing this title and responsibility to Earl as my right hand man. Things will continue to operate as they have. Its more or less a power of attorney to make decisions in my absence. I think you all have confidence in him, as I do.

So, with this said, welcome Earl to his new chair. I am tired of sitting on this damned milk crate!

PS -- no, this is not an April Fool's joke
