Significant Technical Input
The camshaft line up has been filled out a bit with a couple additional profiles resulting in exactly half a dozen different combinations offered to suit the intended application. A couple new piston designs have been added to the line up as well. The engine components, however, are no longer being offered in and of themselves but only as components in completed, blueprinted longblocks. I don't expect to post much information on these engines on this site as the customers who purchase them for the most part do not participate in these forums. The ECUtune.com website will be updated shortly.

Re: ECUtune Camshafts

I guess it warrants posting here that the opposite of the last post is now true. Longblocks are no longer being offered. Engine parts are and I have some very nice camshaft profiles offered. My car uses the 244 duration intake cams with the 264 duration exhaust cams and idles very nicely at the original 540 RPMs, loves high RPMs, and uses the oe hydraulic lash adjusters.

Re: ECUtune Camshafts

Good to know. Are any deals being offered currently?

I still need to get a set of cams for my engine I have apart currently.

Re: ECUtune Camshafts

actually this reminds me I need to check up on a set of cores I bought from a forum member that I never got. You know.... what I can do since I want to get the tcu's out there and you'll want a tcu to go with your cams is give you a free tcu with your cams. Just send me your old one back in a flat rate box after you install the new one. How's that?

Re: ECUtune Camshafts

I'll extend that offer to anyone while the tcu's are on sale. Free tcu with the purchase of a set of camshafts.
