Are you and your family okay? Covid-19

How is everyone doing during this crisis. So far I am lucky and nobody I know personally has come down with the virus plus I am still able to work so doubly lucky. I am worried about my wife who works in a hospital And smokes. but so far we are okay.

All good here. I live out in the country and have limited contact with other humans (hermit). Nobody I know has fallen ill either (touch wood).
I do home renovations and I'm working on a seasonal home which is empty for now so no worries. I am currently an army of one on the project.

We are AOK. * We have each other, our cats, our cars, our TV, and our health .* What more do we need? (TP?) My DNA is Sicilian and my germs have little tommy guns, so if Covid-19 or any other virus tries to invade my body, they better watch out.

Good here, able to work from home so still at it. I have a car apart for maintenance so I stay busy. I go out once a week to shop for us and for my parents, who have been "locked down" in their independent living facility; they can go out only for doctor's appointments. If they go out for any other reason they get 14 days' quarantine. Makes sense considering the whole place is 75+ year old people.

Doing good here retired so just stay home. did 2 years isolation duty in the navy just fine at home have lots of hobbies to stay occupied. but one son is a checker at wall mart .

Doing well in our world and glad to hear so far that the ones who responded are doing good. My work is considered essential so not much change for me other than making sure there is social distancing.
My niece is a nurse who I especially worry about as she is currently caring for her younger sister, who had a horrible workplace accident in January, at her home. I therefore worry about them both.
Stay safe everyone.

Things are fine here in Westminster as well.

We live out on 16 wooded acres and have very little contact with anyone, and until recently only the occasional late night runs to the grocery store.

Since I am perceived to be one of the vulnerable, at-risk members of society, I stay close to home. I may have come into contact with someone out here that developed the virus, so we self-quarantined. Feeling fine and no issues and it has been over 10 days.

Plenty of food, water, and wine to get us through. Can’t believe Reading 20 would have begun 3 weeks from tomorrow.


UPDATE: 04/09

We voluntarily self-quarantined almost 20 days ago and no illness or symptoms, so I think we are fine. We will continue to practice social distancing and going out only as necessary.

The hermitage here in the woods of the Blue Ridge will serve me well. Enough vittles to last through Xmas, if I can find some creative Progresso soup recipes. I hate to waste perfectly good alcohol wiping surfaces, but I can always lick my fingers. Stay safe, & well hidden, folks. Ron.

Good here. Wife and kids are at home. Got plenty of supplies.

Being in the tractor trailer truck tire making business, my plant is essential and we are still running as strong as we can to keep tires on the trucks delivering the TP !

So far, no relatives have caught this lethal bug; but our county is starting to show signs of spread.
