I might take offense at you saying my XT6 looks like a Probe,.....but, I've had multiple people say the SVX looks like a Probe........Some people just need glasses

In some of the early SVX sketches it looks just like an early ford probe. Thank god they changed it, those things were ugly.

I drove a 90 probe for little while, and there are *slight* similarities. My SVX has been confused for both an older style probe and talon.
