WTB: spacers for front sway bar bushings

Anyone wanting to sell or have extra spacers for the front sway bar bushings?

I am not sure what you are talking about.
Do you need stock, or stiffer front anti sway bar bushings?

Re: WTB: spacers for front sway bar bushings

Sorry for not being too clear, I am looking at upgrading my front sway bar bushings with aftermarket ones since my are shot. I read here that changing them with non stock ones would require adding metal spacers to the fronts. Thanks for the help.

Energy has bushings that fit THE FRONT without modification?

What #?

Was this the part # ENS-9-5105R for the fronts? Do you have any pics as well?

Thanks bro,

Re: WTB: spacers for front sway bar bushings

the Energy ones I have don't need spacers, but do require trimming to fit into the stock SVX bushing brackets, and a notch to clear the flange on the frame rail.

On a completely unrelated note, polyurethane cuts quite easily in a milling machine.

Do you what the part # is for the bushings?

Thanks,

Re: WTB: spacers for front sway bar bushings

I bought mine from Summit Racing <clicky>. Part number is ENS-9-5105 (followed by G (for black) or R (for red))

They do need to be notched and thinned to fit the bracket for the original bushings, and the hole has to be drilled out to 18mm. The bushings come with a bracket, but I don't think it fits the SVX's odd mounting points.

Here's a picture (From svxfiles locker) of the Energy bushings installed:

Re: WTB: spacers for front sway bar bushings

I have been motivated to produce another batch of bolt-in front swaybar bushings. Stay tuned for more details. (I will likely revive my original group buy thread)

I would really be interested in buying a set of fronts and rears if you can get both.

Re: WTB: spacers for front sway bar bushings

The P/N for the rears is ENS-9-5121(G or R). They bolt in with no modification required.
