I can't preach environmentalism, it's too hypocritical. I fly planes that burn more gas than SUV's, run on leaded fuel, and have zero emmisions control systems.

I want to try going green, but burning gas is just too much fun.

So nobody had anything catastrophic happen to their cars? This is wonderful news. I've heard the meet monster grabs somebody every year...maybe the wicked curse is broken

My only Fail was Saturday morning, my Peej was locked up tight, but the alarm system decided not to work and the keys wouldn't go into the door locks...I started freaking out, but Hocrest came to the rescue with his pick and goo

unfortunantly, as bad as city water tastes, it is probably the "safest" to drink... THe water here in Raleigh is constantly monitored by computer 24/7... So although it tastes like chlorine, I still drink it ...

So true man ... My profession is so hard because everyone looks at me as being a hypocrite too I mean I drive an SVX for one, and we all know the fuel mileage that a 5 MT SVX gets (not good)... AND I am going to be an Apache pilot with the Army reserves in the next few years too so that just makes it worse... Unfortunantly the only thing I can do is try to educate people on the effects of excessive pollution, hope that they trust the research and data enough to burn and pollute only what "needs" to be polluted... As much as I hate it, oil and coal is going to be a part of our lives for a long time to come... But most of that is due to politics and economics... THAT is the one thing I can't stand ... The fact that we have the technology to be so much more "greener" than we are but the cost of being "green" just makes it out of the question for most of us... It's an uphill battle that the "light weight" Environmental Scientists are fighting with the "heavy weight" politicians and Businesses of the world...

Flying though, dude it is the best thing in the world... Even I can't deney that... I've got a few hours in a Marine Corps King Air 200 and I loved every second of it... Even though we did burn through a few hundred lbs of fuel
