The groupN mounts are meant for sti's. They need to be fitted into the SVX brackets and are a cheaper replacement for torn stock mounts or an excellent upgrade

Check the link in my sig for info on the mt kits...

Thanks

Hey all. I picked up a $35 trans from Harry's U-pull it the other week. Stock SVX auto. After disassembly, everything looks to be in good working order and it very well could be reassembled and put in a car. Screw that... I wanted to take a crack at rebuilding an auto even if it was just to see if I could do it. So... if I do go ahead and rebuild it, it would get a level 10 kit or better. Would anyone be interested in buying it?? I also wanted to ask if people think I should start rebuilding these and keep them on the shelf for when they need one? Thanks for the input

Tom,
It would be even nicer if you could "beef up" 4.11 and 4.44 ATs. I still believe that the 4.11 is the best all-around gearing, it just doesn't seem like they want to live behind the EG33

What you can fix driver error? What are you gonna put blinders on the car so it can't see brick walls?

Tom,
Does it have to come to Philly for the fix? I'd like BillStock 4.0 to be the guinea pig for your "other effort"

Well ya know its like the old saying goes... If ya can't beat the competition might as well crash it.

BTW. $2006 issue of Grassroots should be hitting the stands any day now. Got mine last week. Its the April issue and has a blue alfa on the cover. At least coming in 25th had a bright spot. We're at the top of a page!

I have to take the rear housing off and take off the sun gear on the front pinion... there is a small shim that needs to go in there... I found pics ofyour trans while I was putting it together with the new diff and I missed something. If the weather is nice at reading we can do it there at the same time I convert the racer to 5mt... Should be able to squeeze it in Unless you find some time to jump up to the shop and I will take care of it.

Ben,
fantastic! I'll have to check out the local Borders, as they're the only one that carries GRM.

Tom,
Sounds like a plan. Give me a call next week so we can follow up on your PM.
