VA Sighting...

Hey guys,

Was about 10:20PM I got on 495 W (me and a couple friends were hitting up the movies). All the sudden I see these rear lights that I cant recognize on a car (usually i can tell pretty much every car apart).. and I am like "wow... no way.." so I pull up behind the car and surely enough it was an SVX... couldnt tell what year/color anything... it was fairly dark... License plate read: DEV-8353 the car seemed black.. or some dark color... and I think a woman was driving it... after driving side by side with it... and the driver not paying attention to me... I just kept going... lol..
