Busy race weekend

The SVX could be in trouble. I've gone and signed up for 2 events at Ripken Stadium. The first on the 21st and the second on the 22nd. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up the race tires on the 14th and get them mounted on the spare rims before the events.

Mike,

What events did you sign up for at Ripken?

Both are AutoX events. Sunday is with Philly SCCA and Saturday is with Autocrossers, Inc. The Saturday event still has plenty of room.

Saturday Sign-up

I'm running in the afternoon for each event in SM

Nice. That weekend is going to clash with the last points event with my local SCCA club. Ripken stadium (where the Scooby Challenge was held) is also a good 3.5hr drive from central VA.

Good luck!

We used to run at the Community College in Lynchburg, but may have lost that site. Currently the closest event to you would probably be Salem, VA (just outside of Roanoke). Most of the time we compete in Verona, Danville, or Mercer, WV (near Princeton, WV).

Btw, yes that's an actual pic of my car in my avatar. It was taken the day I test drove her at the dealership...

Mike,
Any better sense for when you'll be arriving on Saturday?

Thanks! Will do, but our last event is in Verona for 2006 - so we won't be in Danville or Salem until Spring of '07.

Here's one of my car in action at the Subaru Challenge:

I just looked in your locker and we sure live in a pretty state dont we!? (the ones of skyline drive) Also your baby's car seat fits in your svx better then mine does! I cant ever get mine to sit right so Kiya's feet arent squished! LOL
