damn them sells man,,, i call last saturday,, they tell me to call back monday(today),,, and its sold. them SONS of a naggin lady.. but i found this one 1998 Transmission Subaru Legacy 2.5L, Outback and SUS- C12/00 55,000 miles on it Y332 $650.95 ID number- 4s3bg6855w7637330 would that 98 work with our TCU???

As I recall, The early 98's work. I'm not to sure on that one. You should check www.car-parts.com for one from a 97 legacy outback 2.5. I got mine for 450 bucks (tranny and rear end) from there with a 90 day warranty.

hehe thx but that is where i am l00kin for a transmission at.. i dont wanna drive 1000miles for one i got a company in san francisco checkin for a 95-97 outback tranny for me. hopefully good news... damn them japanese sells men.. giving my hopes up. oh well life goes on.

tomorrow i am pickin my 1997 outback 4.44 tranny up. he dont have the matchin rearend. i have called 4 local junkyards and none have any. anyone sellin one or know somone/junkyard who is sellin a 4.44 rearend???
