Membership List

Some of us were talking at the meet and we thought it might be usefull to have a membership list for our NW Region so we can quickly get emails out for upcomming events. I will compile the names and information in an Excel file, and I can email it to whoever is on the list whenever it is updated, or it can be put into my locker - whichever you want. It could be both places, but if you don't want the information in a locker, that is fine with me. You can either email me, or PM me with the information if you want to be included on the list. Some of the members do not look in this forum, so it would contact everyone when we have an event.

Information:
Name, handle in this forum, address, phone, cell phone, email, year and color of car.

If you don't think some of this informaton is needed, or if there is other information that would be helpful, let me know. If you do not have Excel, tell me so I can get it in a format that you can look at. Maybe Adobe Acrobat.

I think that is a great idea Earl! I'd lean more towards the idea of keeping info like phone numbers off these forums and out of a locker where any one in the www can view them. Like you said, you could just be keeper of the list and then email updates to the others on the list. But it would be a great way to keep people in the loop that don't get to these boards much. Maybe add a column to the list with a contact preference too. For most email would be okay, but if some of the "internet challenged" would prefer a phone call whenever a meet is planned they could check that option.

Good idea. I will get it set up, and will start entering data as I get it. Anyone interested in getting on the list, PM or email me.
I have started a list of the group with different mods and who has attended the meets as well.
