Problems with searching the network?

This has been a recurring problem of mine for quite a while, I cannot search the network, like if i put in "svx" I'll get maybe 10-12 hits, which i think there should be a lot more. I even search for threads under my username and get nothing!! I've posted close to 800 times!! I usually end up manually searching the network reading through every topic thread....any advice?

What i am currently looking for is info on the wrx 6 disc cd player...what are your opinions/experiences with this? Is this a quality unit or would i be better off getting an aftermarket apline player?

i just did a search on svx and i got 500 threads.

you may want to check your advanced options and change the thread dates you want to search for.

Ok, this is what i do I click on "message archive" from the tab on the top of the right hand corner of the webpage. I then select search and get the following boxes to input info:

Search:

Topic:

Limit:

Query:

http://www.subaru-svx.net/news/searc...ories&limit=30

That's all i get, what am i missing? I know its operator error, but the what the heck?!?

The "Message Archive" is an archive of the posts that were on the Yahoo site, from the beginning until the "Grand Opening" of the "Network." You should probably go to the top of the page and click "Search" and enter your info there.
