is it worth it?

I have been recently been having problems with my fwd trans it seems like the clutch is slipping and i have beeen reading that the lines might have low pressure (Solenoid A). also the tps might need to be replaced. but im having a trans specialist aka a-1 transmission take a look at it soon. if the trans is bad is it worth it to drop a five speed in a fwd i have been lookin for info on a fwd swap but cant find any help!

I think there is at least one person on here who has done it, you can also convert to an AWD 5 speed, you just have to get the rear suspension, drive shaft, and I think the fuel tank (Not sure if the SVX uses a different tank between the AWD and FWD)

no so much

If you want a 5 spd swap there is a nice and in my opinion very fair price black one in the for sale section for 4500$. I am sure that will be less than your swap would cost but you get an entire car and a true AWD. Then sell yours or keep it as a parts car. You'd end up ahead, provided its close to you.

I'm swappin to 5speed soon, if you want to buy my FWD trans you can.

Trans works fine, front diff case has a hole in it. The diff MAY BE repairable, I'm not sure.
