shifting frequently in drive (up and down)

I drove about 175 miles today and I started to notice the transmission seemed to shift a lot more than it used to in drive, I mean downshift and go back up it seemed to do it mostly at about 40 mph but I also noticed it at around 60 with or without the curise control on,, the fluid looks clean but it is slightly over full. Other wise the transmission works fine but this just seems to be happening more than I ever noticed before,,anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks, Vernon.

Checking your TPS would be sensible first, cheap, easy option. Refer the how to section. Stick to the simplest instructions shown. Next to check would be speed sensor 1.
