I posted a question about 4th gear on thursday now i can't find it?

sorry guys found it..it was a long weeked...-lol- Saw Brooks and Dunn with the wifey and some freinds... even got to see the local's county holding tank -lol- yeah like i said it was a long weekend.. hey how do i delete this thread?

OK, this type of post is real fun for us mods. I mean, I've got options here.

1)Should I delete it per his request? Boring

2)Should I ask whay he was throw in the pokey?

3)If I ask 2, should I sticky it for all to see???

4)Should I ask the forum as a whole to start a continuing story based on the lead Brock has given the rest of us?

HAHAHAHA!.... ok ok.. you can delete if you want but here's the short version

stayed at the resort where they had the concert the day before, of and after (weekend trip my wife and I see them 3-4 times a year , yeah she's just nuts about them going to see them tomaro too -lol-) so there 7 of us drinking in the parking lot starting about 1pm. tailgated had a BBQ ya know all the stuff...concerts begins at 6:30..and all of use are making freinds with everyoneone..even the older folks...so skipping ahead...to the ending of the concert about 10:30...i start heading down a lil early from the seats (just buzzing not totally sloshed or nothing) it was dark, I ended up tripping on something (walkway was packed of standing people) and put my hand out to catch myself when kinda push a lady into a security guy (not hard but enough to tick her and her husband off... both were drunker than I was) so i yelled over my shoulder sorry as i proceeded down the stairs (had to take a piss) so i guess they where yelling at me down the stairs..well i stopped and the bottom and heard them.. and turned around and was like confused ..then like 4 security people came over and bum rushed me and totally was like "don't ya think that was rude ect..." So i was willing to apologise again to her but security wasn't having that...and like she was so upset about the incident she didn't file a report and just left -lol- so the security boss guy comes over all pissed off thinking he's dealing with another dumbass drunk...so i tried telling him the jist...oh boy..talk about a wanna be (found out later that my freinds sister knew who he was and he's a security guy and a bail bondsman wanna be cop guy) ok so.. he's just all about showing how big and forcefull he can be in front of his men...after a few minutes going back and fourth I ended up handcuffed for saying something about him being a wannabe -lol- (yeah mistake one) so... we discuss me being escorted back to my room.."oh you gonna come with me there big man" (mistake two)....and gets in my face some more..and says "oh think you a big ass.... "naw just done your job a few times...and I know the difference between the truth and a wanna be cop" (mistake three) now keep in mind I'm not being smart with anyone else but him... and i'm doing everything and answering everything they want me too..(didn'tmatter thay had drunk in public and thats what they used) it should been going to jail for being a smartass (cuz thats just my NORMAL and sober nature anyways) but he didn't know that.. so i got to go with mr Sheriff and miss the after party at the bar and then at 6:30 in the morning 6 hours later walk my butt (cuz thier holding area is built out in the middle of noware....oh yeah and they give you a check for the money you had) like that does mean anygood for a cab on a sunday morning which they didn' thave a cab service in town or near anyways.. so i got to walk about a mile till a nice deputy pulled over and i got another ride in the back too a quick mart...yeah 1st and last vistit to any jail... and the fully thing is I was thinking of going back to school to go into law enforcement..moral of the story.... WALK carefully when drinking-lol- and when security gets in your face...plop yourself down and don't speak. ok so everyone get a good laugh...If anyone has never been arrested....some advice don't... just don't... they treat you like a 3rd class peice of crap...let me be the voice of expereince....learn from my mistake.

naw i have a good sense of humor. I'll continue to post..... but it was a SOBRING experince

... we outta re-name the thread "SVXer gets thrown in the tank" -lol- I have a sense of humor... oh but wait...the subbie wasn't up with us..due to it "being on the blink" as she put it. -lol- so i dunno.. do whatever -lol- I'm sure some people might learn from my story come to think of it.

too bad i dident read your thread a little earlier unfortunatly i had to learn not to tell a UISD cop ( school district police) that he was just a rent-a-cop and is useless....i mean they guy was wearing jeans and a SANTANA t-shirt....i still think hes a loser but brock is right just sit down shut up and enjoy the ride...

Well that sucks... but i knew the difference from school district cop from "Security Guards", I used to be one -lol- just FYI all univ. & college police officers are in fact "state peace officers" (in california anyway) and yes he should have been wearing some clothing that identified him...or he should have stated he was when he started talking to you. Yeah that sucks... In my case I just thought I was dealing with a wanna be reject from the academy -lol- (which It turned out I was) but it was his turf and I went against my better judgement -lol-. (one of life's lil lessons I guess).

yea i later found out that the univ. and school district police are highered by the same poeple or training, or get their badge or something like that from the same people that give it to the city police, wich was my misunderstanding, i also had a HUGE misunderstanding wich included my rights as a minor but they were actually my parents fault wich is why my parents werent so mad at me, they were just mad that i told him off, but i tought that as a minor you dident have to tell an officer anything withought your parents wich is what my parents always told me, "nver say anything withought us there" but i later found out that you only have to tell them your name age and 1 other thing dont remember birthday or something, but after all that i still think that guy was just using all his power a "power trip". i ended up in the back of the uisd police car wich by the way wasent even his, he showed up in a jeep liberty...

and he "detained" not arrested me just because i dident want to tell him my name i wasent even fighting, and i dident even tell him off till after he put me in cuffs

Well coming from a background of security and being an with the SAR team for my county's sheriff's dept... mental note... when you are asked to produce ID you have to do so... (its a law to carry ID) and you must answer general questions..now if they plan to "question you regarding something specific your right... you have to have your parents permission.
