Stuttering Car

Hey guys,

My dad's '96 SVX was put in for the 60k tune up not too long ago. Ever since then the car had had an odd stutter or shudder in it. It's random but seems to only happen around 55-65 mph. We took it back to the shop but the shop couldn't get it to happen.

To be more specific it feels like the fuel pump might stop or jam for a second and then roar back. The engine stutters like it were going to die then the engine jumps back, but no warning lights ro anything to give away what the problem might be. Originally we thought maybe some air had gotten in the fuel lines but it has been far too long for it to still be air. So if anyone has either had this happen to them or has any ideas on what it might be, it'd be greatly appreciated.

-Mike

I'm still trying to figure out why mine does something similar, but check your hoses.
All of them.
I tried to get a shop to diag it, but they couldn't replicate it or didn't realize it.
One commented that it "shifted funny" once, which leads me to believe he wasn't really watching the tach.
