Wow. Just how do you go about doing something as stupid as that?

I thought this thread was going to be about your tow hitch. This is much funnier though.

OMG!!! The STi in the ice!!!

That thing is legend over at Nabisco OT. it's a UK MY02 STi. It only had triple digits on the odo when it went through the ice. apparently this guy was pimpin his new STi at an ice race, and decided to take a spin over to the other end of the lake where the ice hadn't been tested. he promptly fell through and hilarity ensued. it was posted every other day for months. It's been photochopped even more times. still hilarious every time I see it. This is why you never go exploring during an ice race

I hope they were able to salvage the poor car... "extreme water damage" he-he! I mean... would you ever put your brand new $30K car on the ice? I don't think so! I also hope the guy survived with a cold and severe depression

This one is real. other things have been chopped in from time to time, since the picture became a classic. it was actually another view of the car that was "the classic picture." I'll have to look around to see if I can find it.

Maybe we should say "STI on ice" or "STI on the rocks" So what happened to the car? Anybody know the end of the story? Did the guy make it out ok? It looks pretty damn deep and cold.
