Is this paint any good?
I've got a local guy looking to sell a quart of 3 stage (base/pearl/clear) Planet Color by martin semour paint. Can anyone (Jerry?) tell me if this paint is any good?

I've never heard of that paint brand before. Is it a quart of base, qt of pearl, and a quart of clear with hardeners/thinners? Or is it single stage paint?
