Speed Sensitive Power Steering Rack

I need to replace a power steering rack that is leaking at the boots, for a '92 - '97, electronically controlled (speed sensitive). Anyone have one? Would be shipped to 32609.
Can they be rebuilt? It appears that SubaruPartscom has a kit.

I believe I have a rack here... Just that the x-over lines are rotted through. It might be cheaper and more cost effective to buy the rebuild kit or have it rebuilt professionally

Thanks for the advise Tom. Just haven't been able to find anyone local for a rebuild. Shops I talked to can get a rebuilt one and ship the old one back but it is pricey.

Thanks SVX92-97, I'll let you know. Have a line on one here in Florida from car-parts.com. I plan to have the old one rebuilt to have on hand since this is SVX 2 of 3 to have one spring leaks.
